Pedicure time. I used to have painful toes and heels from wearing bad shoes, that and switching to better shoes (both the materials and the build) solved all problems after just a few treatments. That and it just feels so delightful laying in a comfy chair with someone massaging your feet and telling you the latest gossip laugh.gif

I don't usually have pain in my feet, and I wear comfy shoes sad.gif

I think it's just the diabetes to blame. It's taken my other two almost seven weeks to heal. Still not healed fully.

Askjldg what happened to having a slow, dull weekend to spend playing Lusternia and eating junk food? laugh.gif I have barely been online at all and I'm trying really hard to keep up with things, even if I can only get online for a little bit. Ack. Things oughta be easier as the week goes on, though holidays are on the horizon, which could help...or not. mellow.gif
Lendren2010-11-22 18:15:01
In Lusternia, I just accidentally killed someone in the process of trying to prevent other people from killing her before we could find out if her arrival was just a simple mistake. I mazed to buy time so I could cool off other tempers, but the maze got her. sad.gif

Edit: Added clarification that I'm not actually a murderer in real life. As far as you know, anyway.

Have to make a book and paint a picture and all I want to do is idle at the nexus.... biggrin.gif

Because this is in Real World I was horrified for a second, thinking you had accidentally murdered some poor soul. And then you mentioned maze.

I'm sooo tired and I want to go to bed, but I've had to restart the dryer for my sheets like four times now. The edges won't stop being damp!!! ><

At least once they finally finish they'll be all warm...but the idea of having to put my sheets back on my bed while this tired is not very appealing. sad.gif If I had a normal sleep schedule then maybe I could do my laundry while I was fully awake, but as it is right now I don't think my family would appreciate me doing laundry at 1am.

Ooops, sorry. They took away all the other threads in which I could say something like this. I forgot this one's in this forum.

And who says I can't maze in real life? Ialie taught me how. You have to carry around a netbook running MSPaint.

zero-day virus + stupid users = FAIL

much restoring, mopping up and updating of computers sad.gif

I would quite like to b*tchslap about 20 different people for their complete and utter lack of IT sense. I mean a woman who works in the MIS department, who has elevated privilages to some of the large database systems, gets an email from google with an attachment... and opens it. doh.gif

Also, LOL at Symantec Support's reply when we sent them some of the attachments in an email "Don't send us attachments, we aren't supposed to open them!!!" muhahahahaha. Though to be fair they did release a "rapid response" update within 2 hours, which is not bad. As for our external mail scanning company which also didn't pick it up... oooh what a shame their contract is up for renewal and their support in the recent outbreak was pathetic. Time to look for a new company!

You recall that Person told you:
"Sorry if I act bitter towards you. You're like our only leader...other than Kolm...that knows what they are doing, and with you gone all the time, it's easy to see how much Serenwilde doesn't co-ordinate."

Yes, OOC rant. Not at the person or people in question, but the principle of it all and the position it puts me in.

That's because we've had to deal with so many leaders who were all, "Get your butts up here to defend now!" and when we all get up there and ask them what to do, they walk out and try to fight the enemy alone, leaving everyone there confused while the leader dies and gets mad at us.

Somebody stole our change jar from our house. It's right next to the back door. But, also right next to the back door is my purse...and the back door is always locked, and nothing was taken but the change jar. That we've noticed, at least.

The only person who's been in our house besides my family is my sister's trashy boyfriend, with the neck tattoo that says "PIMP". Who once stole my sister's bank card and charged 50 dollars to it and claimed he had no idea what she was talking about. She is now throwing a temper tantrum that we would even dare suggest he was a shady character.

Bed linen dries horribly in a dryer. Take them out after one go and hang them outside, or inside over a clothes rack. If you lack space, clean a table and spread them over that. Drying it repeatedly is bad because it will damage the fibers faster, and then the sheets aren't as soft anymore and prone to tearing.

Heed my warning now: I have ENOUGH of my own drama that I don't need to deal with your stupid, senseless, childish lies and drama. Sorry that I come across as not caring - but I really DO NOT care. Talk to me when you have some real issues, or when you finally do get kicked out of your own home rather than complaining about still being there - if you think you're so smart and can do whatever, do what I did and MOVE OUT. Then you get to be welcomed to the world of rainbows and sunshine, sweetie. For once in your life don't let life kick you down - stand up and face it, no matter how scary it is, no matter how hard it is, take control and start living for yourself. Yes, I'm a hypocrite, but I'm doing my best to live for myself and be independent.

God, some people annoy me so much.

How much are you putting in the dryer at once? If you overload the dryer it takes a lot longer to dry. I usually put in no more than three sets of sheets at once and they dry in one 70-minute cycle.

On the other hand, if you're doing a single set of sheets and they don't dry in one cycle then there's probably something wrong with your dryer.

My tooth has a hole in it that is not a cavity. It's just this weired, perfectly cylindrical -hole-. The enamel within it is still hard, it's just...in a hole.

Update: said person I was referring to asked me out.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA no. Pretty sure he's just asking me out to use me to get out of his own home. :/

Watched Princess Mononoke today. I am reaallly pissed about how it ended. It's my least favorite movie by Miyazaki.
