So, I took a look at the available jobs lately, and the requirements for getting them.

Why is it that almost every job requires educations that take half a page to list, and even then all of them say "must have at least one year of experience"

I mean, how the hell do you get one year of experience in any field if there are no fields that hire people without experience?

It's been storming like crazy since late last night, mixes of snow/ice/freezing rain. My power's been on and off, but stable for the past few hours...but it just did a crazy thunder/lightning thing, and one of the trees in the woods behind my house fell down. Scared the hell out of me. If it doesn't go out again tonight I'll be surprised.
