I feel like I'm missing out by waiting to buy Skyrim, but on the flipside I know it's the smart decision, since I apple-solutely guarantee it'll ship with bugs, given Bethesda's track record. (Oh, Fallout New Vegas, you are so terrible. Worst song, played on ugliest guitar.) Plus if I wait a month or so, I'll end up paying half the price. Still...

No bugs so far for me. Seems pretty solid.

I got one glitch so far. Honestly its really hard to play though. Only because I want to stop and stare at everything.

I'm kind of with Jack right now, I tend to have bad luck with bugs in games. Another reason is I rarely update my xbox since it means choosing being internet on laptop or.. updates, and also I just bought Cata and I'm buying the new Zelda soon. Have to wait no matter what, but it does look fantastic picture wise.

I bought it, after all this talk here, and in like every other game I play, they were all, Skyrim, Skyrim! And so now, I bought it, and we will see how it is. I realized I must have played another one of them at one time, since I recognize the name Nords and Khajits and stuff.

Regarding Skyrim, one of the benefits of waiting is that the price is lower and you get the bug fixes. You don't have to have a title the day it comes out. I've never played an Elder Scrolls game, but I'll wait for an GoTY or collected edition. I've already got some planned fun with AC: Revelations, Kingdoms of Almanur: Reckoning, and Mass Effect 3.

Have to keep my days free for Lusternia these next few months. :-)

<- this person. Comp isn't the best and I just prefer most gaming to be done on the console. Also why the hell can't I ever find the path to most places? Like trying to kill this dragon, and I pretty much just hike up the side of the mountain instead of taking the trail that would've been 100x easier to go up. Whatever, doesn't matter.

The only issue I'm having with skyrim is the game will lag at points during overland travel, I suppose from having to load off an external usb harddrive. Bother. It's not bad, since everything else freezes too (so no random deaths) but it's still like....oh baby horsie. Why did you stop again? Ack!

I foolishly decided to watch an episode of Jeremy Kyle. Jesus wept, I couldn't even understand the gibbering, subhuman wretch they paraded out on stage, so strung out was he on heroin. I don't think he had teeth. I don't think he had a face. If impetus were required to spur me on finding a job, he - if it was a he, it could have been a spray-painted vegetable - would be it.
