I finally made it to the boss in dungeons of dredmor (another rogue-like), my caster went down the stairs and ended up right next to dredmor with an army of guys in a tiny room and died horribly with no chance to do anything, alas.

Aw... I've not played Dredmor. I wonder if they have it for Android? Roguelikes are great for the train.

Just found out that my cousin died suddenly last night. No clue what was wrong, he'd left work early feeling sick and went to bed, and when his wife got home that night she realized he was hardly breathing and she couldn't wake him up. They got him to the hospital and had him breathing right again for a little but then he just died, and they're not sure why. He's one of the few members of my extended family who even talks to us. His daughter's eighth birthday is in less than a week. It's still kind of surreal, and the reality of it hasn't quite hit me yet.

:( Our thoughts are with your family. I feel sorry for his daughter, I know all too well what it is like to lose your father near your birthday, my dad died a few days before my 13th birthday (granted it was nearly 17 years ago now, but it's still there in my mind)

My father received a notice of cancellation on my insurance payment, stating that it was due on the 9th and that I paid it on the 10th.

Up until now, I do not recall my insurance being due until the 12th or 13th. If it is overdue, and there's nothing that I can do, my parents AND I are so ****ed.

Did you recieve notice that it was due early?

What kind of insurance? auto, health, life?

No notice of it being due early, and it's auto insurance.

Is it paid automatically from your bank account/credit card or do you manually pay it, also do you have statements that show due dates on them? If so, you may be able to go to them and complain, it is not fair on you for them to change your payment date with no warning, there is usually some kind of clause that they must give you writing in notice if something like that is changed.

28 hours of work over two days. Not ideal. :(

I have the exact same thing. I sleep 14 hours a day, and when I cough it echoes like I'm in a cathedral. Worst of all, I can no longer sing like Thom Yorke. My treacherous trachea is conspiring to murder my musical career!
