Yeah, Lusternian combat is based around the top tier and around small groups. Which is thuper-duper when you're part of an omnitrans Demi ganksquad, but off-putting when you're into duelling-style classes and only have 'bout seven trans skills. Don't get me wrong, I still have fun against similarly-skilled people in the arena - I just feel like I'm missing the boat as a Celestine/Nihilist in a raid situation (where my contribution boils down to "BECKON NAO" or "LUST + EMPRESS"). Kinda the opposite to your bard issue I guess.

I really wish Esty would revamp PvP to discourage ubergrouping and zerging, to make REAL combat based around small groups as well. I would prefer progressive shrugging/damage reduction based on how many people have targeted you in the past 10 seconds. I enjoy wargames more than any other sort of combat, even as a bard.

While I somewhat agree, that'd take far too much work.

Why do all these people want to screw the Once-ler? What is even wrong with the internet that this is a thing.

So the theater I work at is owned by Clearview Cinemas, which is a branch of Cablevision, which if you didn't know is a phone/TV/internet service provider.

When first started working here, I was doing it fulltime, which meant after working for six months I was eligable for free cable benefits. It took them six months after I submitted the paperwork to finally approve me. They called the theater to let me know about it. That day was my last as a fulltime worker, I started working only holidays, summers since I was starting college, so since I was seasonal I was no longer eligible for the free cable.

Skip ahead couple years, started working full time again cus I was and still am having trouble finding something better. Trying to get my free cable again. Transfering my parents account into my name to get the benefits, that finally got done today, but they apparently also canceled our internet in the process. Yay. -_-

My problem is the opposite. The ISP I used to work for (I worked at a callcenter at the time) was never notified that my employment stopped. So I still have the employment benefits, and since the callcenter is the only place that can remedy it, I can't do anything about it. While it sounds like a perk to start with, it might mean that they'll charge me the difference between the employee-price and the normal price over the last two years...

I am eligible for benefits for a cellular phone plan through work.

I glanced at that and decided that I do not want to be working there for long enough to make it worthwhile.

(and 6GB of smartphone data is not eligible for the discount anyway so it's entirely not worth it... not that I have that right now though)

So I washed my clothes yesterday. I didn't notice a pair of red shorts fall in, and now I seven missing white shirts and seven pink shirts I do not recall having.

Even though this is old...

Haha, that is terrible. Sorry Alac. A bit on the LOLable side though.

I honestly can't tell if my brother is only pretending to be stupid or actually thinks the proper approach to boiling water is to stand there and stare at it and ask me "how do I tell when it's boiling". He just put his finger in the hot water to "check", yelled ow it's hot, then did it again a minute later.

Also, "how do I cut this so it's diced?"

Me: Cut it one way.
Him: Okay.
Me: Now cut it the other way.
Him: Okay.
Me: It's diced.
Him: No it's not it's just cut up smaller.
