Woken after three hours of sleep by 4 am use of washing machine. Very grumpy.
Find out washing machine use was due to the dog getting sick all over things. Grudgingly decide this is sufficient reason for use of washer at 4 am.
Now have no one to be mad at. Very grumpy.

The Knowledge challenge begins at 4 AM my time. How utterly disagreeable! Were it 2AM, I could perhaps stay up and attend. Were it 7AM, I could just wake up early. But a challenge that begins at 4AM and ends somewhere near 5-6AM is simply impossible for me. Ah well, tough luck.

Just got rejected from my top University, not happy not happy at all.
Sure it's understandable, my first year didn't go as well as I'd hoped, but I know my re-takes went fantastically, if they'd given me a conditional offer and I'd pulled those grades up (which I know will happen because of how well last weeks exams went) then it would've been fine, and they wouldn't have lost anything if I'd failed.
But no, just a big 'Denied', didn't even give a proper reason, they actually just said: Your application has been unsuccessful, the reason is below.
Your application has been unsuccessful.
