Internet deciding to be wonky and not work much. If at all.

Also, I'm really nervous about moving into an apartment later this month...especially since word is that the Internet there isn't much better. gaming_mad.gif

hug.gif Good luck! Moving's always a pain. ><

Why am I leveling two tanks? It is a pain.

I leveled my Paladin as a tank... to 53. blackeye.gif Soon as I could afford it, he had duel-spec, and I leveled his ass Ret.

Of course! I left Whisperwind for Moon Guard, because Whisperwind is full of jerks, namely my ex and his d-baggy friends.

Rant: My fiance mis-read something he wrote down and thought all of a sudden that I don't like chocolate! D: Chocolate's like my favourite food ever! However...

Rave: My fiance writes things he learns about me down so that he can remember them later. happy.gif I got a good man!

So, I was dumb and completely miscalculated things and now, I'm gonna have to beg Entergy in the morning to hold off on shutting my electricity off until I get paid on the 15th. Which isn't so terrible. It's only five days. Even if they decide be jerks about it and go ahead and shut it off, I'll just hang out at the office until I'm ready to go to bed, then go home and use my cellphone as an alarm. My hot water heater is gas, so I can still take showers and everything. I'll have to catch the season premier of True Blood on a rerun, but that won't kill me.

It'll be a sweaty few nights sleeping with no AC, but I can deal.

No, mostly I'm irritated at myself for messing up like that. I've never had a utility shut off before! laugh.gif

Also, GOD I can't wait until my car is paid off and things aren't so tight that a little mistake leads to something like this. laugh.gif Two more months!

Thanks!

But, I talked to Entergy and they said that it'd be 10 days from the due date before they shut off the power, and the 15th is well before then, so no blackouts for me.
Acrune2010-06-11 21:06:15
And then, once your car is paid off, you'll do a better job at saving money, right? *peer* If minor mistakes or misfortunes break the bank, you're doing it wrong tongue.gif
Noola2010-06-12 00:41:22
Um, yeah. Totally. quickexit.gif

I am the absolute king of second-guessing myself. >< I don't know how not to do it, and it's bothering me that I keep doing it. One moment, I'm confident and thinking I know exactly what's going to happen, and seconds later, all confidence goes right down the drain, and I'm sitting there trembling going "AMG WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN!? D:"

I think I have a phobia (not just a fear, full-blown phobia) of not knowing what's coming and not being in control of said future. sleep.gif I say this because I've literally freaked out at the question, "Where do you see yourself 10 years from now?" ... I HAVE NO IDEA!!! cry.gif

I need a therapist. dry.gif ... and a (working) car with which to go see said therapist.

I could also do with a heavy dose of actual confidence, not this crap that runs away on me anytime I start to get my hopes up about something. Anyone care to donate a little of theirs?

IC or OOC Confidence? Cause the latter I have little of tongue.gif

The answer to that question is yes. My lack of confidence IRL seeps into my characters. I'd like to think I'm a decent actor, but even I can't act like a character I'm controlling has much confidence. >< Lucan is probably the exception to that. Then again, he doesn't achieve much compared to Ongaku, nor does he have nearly as much to lose, so it helps in the confidence department, I think.

Go kill someone in a duel. That would help your confidence.

IRL or in-game? <.< Cause I don't think I can do either of those. cry.gif

I was suggesting IRL. I would suggest pistols, then. Aim for the bridge of the nose or the chest if you're REALLY worried about hitting. Just make sure you pick someone really wussy, that way they either don't show up or can't shoot for beans.

Writer's block.

My work is liquidating so in a few weeks, I will have no job. Lets hope I can find a new one and move out of my parents house.

Edit: To add to my dissatisfaction, I just got to give a statement to the police for the second time within 2-3 weeks because of people in my neighbourhood and me happening to see something.

Fear never goes away without seeing things work out. Willpower is how you get there.

Were the rednecks shooting people again? That happens here all the time... for a country with strict gun laws we sure get lots of "oops I shot my buddy" happening.
