A simple thing. Allows somebody to portal directly from the Aetherplex/Portal room to the Portal Room/Aetherplex. Permissions would be set by the power minister. PORTAL GLOMDORING. PORTAL AETHERPLEX.

While I like the idea in general, I found that having to use somebody else's manse made me much more inclined to try to get my own connected.
