Anyone watch the premiere last night?

I thought it was really great. Especially when Bill was all, "This house recycles" and at the end when Eric came down with highlight foils in his hair and all and tore that dude to shreds. And of course, everything in between. Like how I'm really curious to find out what that woman's plans are for Tara. They involve that guy, obviously, but how and why? Can't wait to find out! I loved that "Nobody needed any towels!" moment too. And who killed the fake voodoo lady?

Anyway, I really enjoyed the episode and am excited to see the rest of the season! How bout ya'll?

Oh, I didn't know it was starting up again. I guess I'll have to go look for it online, unless it has a different release date here. Hm..

Edit: Yep, supposed to air tomorrow.

I think she wants them to mate for some nefarious purpose.

Also there have been a bunch of hints and clues so far that suggest she is really old, like unnaturally so.

Anyone here besides me read the books? It's really interesting how they changed the book, and even let the viewers know that they know what they changed.

The fact that Lafayette was not dead really shocked me.

Honestly I'd be pissed if Lafayette died.

I want to, personally. I need to go downtown to the library and get a card and see if the books are there.

Yeah, I should have known, cause of the way TV works, but I thought they were just trying to be "unpredictable" by following the book.

I'm glad Lafayette isn't dead too, myself. He's awesome.

I laughed at the first part about Bill, especially when the girl chucked one of the bottles into the White Bin as opposed to the Blue.

From the very first episode (i.e. Tara working at the bar instead of owning her own store) the show has deviated from the book.

(There are a few people on the net that are sad that since lafatte didn't die, Sookie won't investigate his murder, and won't end up at the Vampire orgy.. they were hoping to see the orgy)

Man, this is going to be a super interesting read.

Oh, I'm pretty sure they'll work it so she winds up there anyway. No one's gonna miss out on a Vampire Orgy! Besides, she could still be investigating where he's vanished to or somethin.

He might still die, everyone else down there seems to have been killed.

The "on the next episode" bit at the end of the show, it was implied that he is turned into a vampire. And sookie slaps eric saying "How could you!" or something like that.
