I actually feel sorry for the character Cririk now

An administrator closed the thread because the topic was deviated from heavily, and, in my experience, a simple, 'you are off-topic, get back on topic' post, with the emotions running high between the two 'camps', as it were, would simply end with several people being warned, some post-banned, and one or two participants, if my memory serves, are at a high warn level (ie 90%) which would lead to an automatic permanent ban.

Frankly, this was the far cleaner path versus allowing it to continue.

If you've a complaint, you're welcome to take it to support@lusternia.com - as well, any complains you have about Cririk can go there, as well.

And as an afternote, I'm not keen on the topic being brought elsewhere. I've outlined above, and in my post in the other thread, your options. For reiteration's sake, if you feel something is unfair about Hallifax/Cririk, you can A.) handle it ICly (speak to Cririk, speak to your city-mates who support it, try to see the other side, try to get them to see your side, etc etc) or B.) e-mail support@lusternia.com, if you feel there is something out of place/extremely unfair going on.

The latter option is for complaints about administrators, as well. They will not be on the forums. Thanks for you cooperation.

I fully plan on emailing support and asking that any novice deaths be attributed to you via Avechna.

I go up to defend Air and get to spend the whole time listening to Veyrzhul get called a 'whore' and a '(the only word worse than the f-bomb :P)' and threatening to get issued for some reason as we tried to kill the raider. I don't mind dying, but putting up with this attitude from all our enemies is seriously sapping my fun.

For the record, offensive language, to the degree you're implying, really isn't allowed (ie, if you use it around people who aren't okay with that level of language, you can be issued for it). If you're really offended by it, you're more than welcome to file an issue over it.
