I wouldn't say Serenwilde is as bad as Celest is right now, even. The exodus for new cities was expected and while we're in a slump, I get the feeling we might start recovering soon.

You really don't, it's not fun for anyone. Divine included. It also has a tendency to lead to stagnation and nothingness for a while. You're better off trying to fix the problems yourselves instead of breaking things further.

I feel like a huge factor in all this mess is OOC clans and loyal cadres.........maybe moreso the latter than the former.
