Just make sure you give them a couple minutes worth of warnings first, if you're going to do it Iasmos-style. Oh, and only kill the ones that have recently changed from Glomdoring to Serenwilde.
Sheesh. I kill one newbie, and suddenly I'm Jozen.

How far the mighty have fallen!

No more high road for me, man. That don't work.

Sure it does, in that it keeps people like me from responding in kind.
(Also, raiding != killing lowbies in neutral territory. If you wanted to respond in kind you'd go a-raiding yourself. At least, if your issue is seriously "with the raiders" as you stated earlier.)

Barely lasted a few hours.
There's a difference between me going into Prime every five minutes and mulching trees, hopping back and forth. And me popping in every few hours for a Lady. Besides, I was only retaliating for Ciban. I could be doing far worse right now if I wanted to.
Shamarah2010-03-12 00:46:06
Who the crap cares why you're killing people? If you're going to do it, just do it, and don't go whining about it or trying to justify it.

I kill people with love and care. How dare you.

You're right, there is a difference. One is griefy, pointless, and dumb. It actually reflects poorly on the person sitting at the keyboard. The other is standard-issue raiding. However, in either case, you're still a liar or weak willed. See below.

I figure I've been a little overexcessive lately with the raiding. Bored, mostly. Anyway. I'll call it quits for a few days. Sorry folks.
Vow to myself to not raid for the next week or so. >_>

Maybe a little of both.
Personally, I don't really care to justify what I do. It's a game, people raid and have conflict. Perhaps if there were other avenues of conflict outside of going into Prime and Ethereal to bash/chop something, I'd perhaps do something else. However, there is not. But yes, as with what Urazial says below, hypocrisy is indeed delicious.
EDIT: Also, this thread is about to devolve into something more volatile. Probably best to digress.
Urazial2010-03-12 00:52:26
Mmm, the hypocrisy. Delicious.

The real difference is who cares what people think and who doesn't. I still kinda care, but I had a weak moment.

It's all good. I'm not holding it against you. Tsumadine left Serenwilde for the Glomdoring. Hunting her down for betrayal is actually a pretty justifiable reason.

Soloing entire domoth for the heck of it was more fun then I thought. Though probably because 6 sphere's doesn't hurt nearly as much as pretty much any other domoth mob.

I remember when six spheres would drop at least every non-demi in the room. How the mighty have fallen.

Sphere's arent too bad. It's those damn Paradox that I hate.

PROTIP: Talking about laying off on raiding or expressing regret on the forums never works out.
More action, less talk.

Spheres aren't bad now, no. They used to hit about three times as hard, if I'm remember correctly.

Your flesh blisters as you reach through the ring of fire that surrounds Kalin.
The force field around you flares, absorbing all damage.

You snap your fingers and warm water showers down upon yourself, and you scrub under your armpits trying to wash away that sticky sap.

Wait... so an ex-Serenwilder, influencing Fae for the Shadowdancers in Faethorn.. and you killed him?
Wow. You've gone all Vathaelesque.

Pyromancers in general have been needing fixing since they've come out. No surprise.
