We had to supercharge cenobites with parasites (23 each or something) to prep them for breeding, then feed breeders (tunnel trash + mantas/sharks/adorath), at which point we got 3 eggs, then feed eggs (more parasites + basidion + tainted hyfae). Apparently it was originally regular hyfae that we needed, but they changed it. We were told we needed 18 youths (each egg begot 1 youth). Kind of annoyed that no one did anything for the quest all yesterday. Not many people were around, so at first we were all excited when we logged to see the event had moved forward, thinking, "Wow, people actually did stuff while we weren't here!" but apparently not. Oh well. I did like the event. P.S. Sadie, by "forgive" I meant "pk forgive". I didn't know that you get status if you get attacked in enemy territory and defend yourself, what garbage, heh.
Each matron needed random tunnel trash and loti mushrooms, one beid blossom (bunch of centipedes and a loti spore), a live rockeater, and a full Jar of Communion (solve a puzzle, influence all the regular hyfae). We were told we needed to birth 24 hyfae, which would have been a minimum 24 hour grind. After they fixed the matrons needing multiple beids; we had a matron take a beid at one point and want another almost immediately. We got through 18 I think before they poofed and we got villages.
Kudos to the admin for switching Glom to only needing mutant hyfae; neither quest would ever have gotten done, I think, if we needed the hyfae alive and they needed them dead. We were also massively limited by centipede respawn until the beid thing got fixed. Only things we never needed were phycomid (although we killed them for a chance at spores), adoraths, mantekarrs, and fishers. I think if fishers had been required the Undervault actually would have been totally empty at a few points.

All my utility reflexes for Nexus, all my other reflexes. All alias. Everything... gone.

People were killing fishers and there were quite a few periods when I was running around the tunnels and couldn't find a single thing to kill.

I think they getting bored at that point. I know I started killing fishers just because they were all that was left and someone was doing the Jar already. And I asked Nejii to clear them a bit because clumps hurt and people were dying.

Yes, because Faethorn is Glomdoring's nest.
To be fair, when Serenwilde was on top, it also locked down Faethorn from Glomdoring. I know this as a fact - I was still a Serenwilder then.

Battle mode when the nomad camp is occupied by deformed lucidians is annoying.

I'm detecting a pattern here. If I participate in an event, whether something as simple and fun, like slippers, or confusing scavenger hunts like this one, Rika wins. Maybe I should not join so the rest of you have a chance!
But well done, Rika! And congrats to everyone else! Will anybody be posting the answers to the clues? Some of those were haaaard.

Rika has memorized Lusternia's geography. And she's admitted to being a map addict.

Lol @ Hallifax getting shafted again.
Temporary insanity is maybe the most overpowered thing we've seen since Pyromancer burnspam.
Timewarping, though it probably builds up just as quickly leading to the OP instakill train, is at least useless by itself. Insanity, however, is not.
I guess I'll just avoid PK for another month.

Lol, you're funny. Paradigmatics is an otherwise clunky skillset (with the exception of Badluck and maybe Figment or Flux), whereas Aeonics is actually PRACTICAL for Knights what with all the light-costed, passive and tank-oriented stuff.
(EDIT: I'd go so far as to say temporaryinsanity is good at higher levels, but it's a joke to cure)

I think timewarp's big edge is it will be LOW curing priority. If they move it high, everything else gets them. If it is low, it sneaks up on them.
Also, as it stands, we're pretty sure some of our defense skills don't work.

Maybe I'm paranoid, but I'm starting to think that people have alts in other organizations which they use to obtain intel that they otherwise couldn't.
For example, several times now I've seen someone log in at the Master Ravenwood Tree, pause for a moment (long enough to check GWHO, perhaps), then quit. That someone is always a character I've never met in the near-month I've been part of the Glomdoring.
Now normally that wouldn't prove anything, but today I saw two such "login, quit" episodes occur back-to-back. Again, I'd never met the characters in question around the Glomdoring before.
Curiouser and curiouser....

Iron realms promotion where you get whatever for logging in so many days in April. Those of us who have the Shaddus disease and our own alt armies dont have time to actually spend time on each character....
