I wasn't aware that 'lowbie' was attributed to somebody in their 80s with more trans skills than me. Huh.

Completely independent of the rest of this conversation (in which I'm not involved, and don't wish to be), there was a huge lessons sale lately, and level 80 is pretty easy to get.

I've been playing for two or three RL months, have never seen anyone more than 205% my might since the lesson sale, and am nearly level 81. So I suppose it depends on the way you choose to define "lowbie."

I'd define 'lowbie' as something muuuuuch less, but to each their own. If you're big enough to get enemied for something like raiding, you're big enough to stop being called a lowbie.

I've seen level 1s raid.

I'd still call them a lowbie.

Newbie, too.

Threat of logs increasing. You and I both know that Casilu isn't the Aeonics user in question.

Well, I guess my previously stated rule depends on the people running a raid to be a lot more considerate of the playing experience of a newbie just getting in to the same. Now, if it was just a level one kicking a supermob.. tongue.gif

No, but Miciah is, and Casilu was the one who resolved it with Akui.
Razenth2010-05-29 05:19:28
I wouldn't call the person in question a lowbie either though... not even relative. Aw man, got ninjaed.

And no, not Thul, hehe.

Tip: Enjoy the drama when it occurs in other organizations, because it is much less enjoyable when it occurs in your own (and you, as CL, are obligated to deal with it).

I was having a gripe and Xavius got angry at me. sad.gif

Miciah is most definately not a lowbie. Not saying Rod was in the right here though with the base accusation, but there is no lowbie involved.

THAT was mostly me flying off the handle a bit, considering I've dealt with that kind of trash way too many times to hold my tongue about it and I already apologized. unsure.gif

The better question is... how does Nejii have over TWENTY TWO THOUSAND posts?

I enjoyed the guild drama, truth be told.

I had to really work to avoid slipping out of character and being like "Did I STUTTER?"

All in all, we had a fun little RP meeting to resolve the issue, and I got to make a creative punishment.

Huzzah!

And the forum drama seems to have made everyone log on their templar alts! Guild rite ahoy!
