Complex? I read that and said "So alts can graduate novicehood as soon as they exit the portal, really?"

Is the issue that people think each heading is one task, instead of each bullet point? I remember asking, because the actual tasks are pretty easy. Maybe say "For those wishing to advance from novicehood, please select tasks from the following list. Completing four will earn you one advancement, while completeing eight will advance you completely from novicehood. Those who transferred to the guild from elsewhere, please see the transfer tasks at the bottom." It's longer, but it's split up a bit and perhaps more clear.

If I recall she did it have it longer before and with a slightly more detailed explanation and that confused people too... She 'dumbed' it down for people and they still can't grasp it.

Dumbing down instructions is harder than writing them in the first place. I hate doing it.

What the heck is up with folks just not replying to my messages? Not even a 'Got your message, I'll get back to you." Or anything. It's enough to give a girl a complex, I swear.
