GA is hard, I know how you feel.

Dy. We need like, a GA day. Like Mother's day, but for GAs.

GMing, however, is (or should be) much like this.

GA is especially hard in a new guild where you have people who want you to crash and burn so keep trying to push the line, people who complain constantly because you are not working fast enough, or people who want your position themselves so are doing things to try and make themselves look good, without really helping the guild get what needs to be done done.

The sad state of affairs is people with complaints, jealousy or other negative emotions towards someone are a lot more vocal then people that appreciate what you are doing. So remember to occassionally send a sign of appreciation to the people you think are doing a good job.

And remember that being GA/GM/GC is not the only way to get things done. There are undersecs, secretaries, protectors, security, archivists, teachers, and just plain ol' GR 3 from which you can still have an impact on the guild.

It would take about 288 hours of harvesting the wads every hour on the hour to get that much. Balanced much?

Just kidding, that would be absurd. Have you guys talked to your Patron about the pain and suffering the low spawn rate of flesh is causing? I'm sure the admin wouldn't mind cranking it up a bit if they realize how hard it is for you guys.

In other words, if every entity was killed at the very second it respawned, 24 hours a day, and transported to the appropriate fleshpot with no walking delay, that's how many wads could be generated for one out of twelve fleshpots in twelve days (which is longer than the guild has been open, I think).

I know Eventru said something in another thread how the admin were "keeping an eye on fleshpots". Dunno if anything else has been done. I'm fine with it right now because combat (and my activity) is in a lull with all the new skills out, but eventually it's going to get very, very horrible to manage wads when you lose them all on death and logout.
