But you could argue that the picture of the human is also bald, so that doesn't really offer any proof.

I will find you.

Haha. If it makes you feel any better, I agree that Illithoid shouldn't have hair. I'm just saying that the picture isn't really proof.
Eventru2010-07-09 13:18:44
Illithoid do not have hair.

Unless they've bred with something(someone) that does.

Actually, I think most races do not naturally have hair.

Trill, Merian, arguably/possibly mugwump, dracnari, lucidian, kephera, illithoid are all hairless naturally, I believe.

Furrikin, tae'dae, loboshigaru, aslaran and partly igashos are naturally hairy, with humans, elfen, faelings, orclach, taurians being 'normal' by our standards.

Always a good idea to look before you leap, so to speak, and I'm sure dozens of people would advise you on what's dangerous and what's not.

Xiel, stop OCD'ing over skills and artifacts you just can't have. biggrin.gif

I'm sad that there was no second prize for the Death challenge last night. I feel like the ultimate basher, except when I have to compete with a monk.

Bashing as both a monk and a warrior, I'd take warrior bashing anyday, even pre-monk report monk bashing
Unknown2010-07-09 13:26:37
It's probably less spammy and less complicated to bash as a warrior, but Sahmiam was definitely gaining points faster than I ever could.
Sidd2010-07-09 13:31:39
Where were you bashing?

Or that all faelings have antlers, because the race arts depicts them as such! This was actually an issue for quite a while until the admin added a comment about them being a result of Stagform. But Eventru answered, so there you go.

Switching to monks versus warriors: monks definitely feel faster, but they also lack the ability to stick around and take hits when they really need to. The real speed only shines through if you can maintain enough momentum for speed mod, and that doesn't always happen.

CODE
Guild               Novice Score  Member Score   Vote Rating
------------------------------------------------------------
Illuminati           17              125              2
Aeromancers          7               99               6

It feels like a mini-victory inside that Aeromancers are so high on TOPGUILDS even after what seemed like half of our active members vacated for the Institute when it first came out. I think that just shows how incredibly awesome we are. cool.gif

Novice rack in guildhall is pretty bare on the weapon side of things... Just sayin' whistling.gif

No, no, that's good. Go with it.

BTW, can I talk to you about commissioning the Sentinels to assist with re-education of unruly Researchers? Pretty please?

The Internal Political Directorate
------------------------------------

blah, blah, blah... Political Officers are also charged with monitoring the activities of the city's ministries and citizens, providing re-education if necessary, to ensure that the Temporal Directives are not violated.... blah, blah, blah

Will need to get something more in place but there's a start anyway.

@Sidd: Sahmiam and I were both in the Undervault, in different sections. I one-shotted several things, and still I couldn't catch up...

Whoever the very first person to coin the phrase "Drama llama" was, they probably did not realize the scope of their seemingly random and kind of cute rhyme. laugh.gif

As nice as it is to have fleshlog with Illuminati, it's still a mess as far as viably/quickly keeping track of people that harvested more than they brought in. Could we please get a fleshlog summary that looks like powerlog summary? You'll be my favourite admin!
Elostian2010-07-09 15:16:15
Yes. It's called Google.

For those wishing to advance from novicehood and joined us from the Portal of Fate, you can complete four of these tasks in order for one advancement, and eight for a complete advancement out of novicehood. The tasks may come from any heading.

Someone tell me where the censor.gif it says do the full heading. I don't see it, but obviously there is some sort of code that says DO ALL HEADINGS.
