Of course I've always wondered what would happen if an Org had a civil war...like a Guild refused to accept the will of the city, and kept it's members in-guilded even when they were kicked. Operated outside of the "law".

A horrible cry escapes Jozan's lips as they clutch at their heart, before dropping to their knees.
Jozan's lips have their own heart and knees! Neat.
Apart from that howl-inducingly bad instance of malformed grammar, though, this is pretty nifty.

At least Jozan doesn't try to sleep with half the novices who come to Celest.
Lol, Hyon tried to call Doman out on that during the trial.

I wasn't around for this, but apparently this happened early in the game, with the Moondancers and Serenguard having a wee bit of a scuffle.
Lendren2009-06-18 16:43:35
That's not the only time it's happened in Serenwilde!

It isn't? I mean, in the game. Sure, there was that huge mega-destruction civil war in the histories with Grutina, but has there actually been more than one civil war since the game started? Crap, I need to read more newsposts.
Razenth2009-06-18 17:40:36
Man, I miss the days when you'd see Jozan taking novices out to hunt and being... nice.
Unknown2009-06-18 17:46:41
Nah, I got tired of getting crapped on for helping novices. You can't win either way, so I figured I should join the "don't give a damn" guild.
Unknown2009-06-18 18:07:24
I like this! It's clever, and now outshines Magnagora's executioner
I agree that the spam whenever Jozan spoke was a bit annoying to read. Once the trial procedure is ironed out a bit this could be a very cool RP tool. The only problem will be the influx of lawyers...

There will be no lawyers. Only "Japhielogians".

It almost happened between the Hartstone and the Moondancers (One of our leaders was enemied and there was general ill-will), and then almost again which you might remember sorta the Hartstone and the Serenguard, nothing serious on that just general ill-will against each other.
Edit: This was very cool, I wish the Seren one got used more often and the others as well (Unsure if Glom has something and I think Mag has a hanging place, right?)
Celina2009-06-18 19:12:28
Not going to lie. The whole public inquisition/witch hunt thing = pretty badass.

Heh, somehow I think Kalodan was involved with both of those .
I wonder if we could get Bandrui to do something like this. Usually she just hisses at people and scares them with her weird ways.

I find this to be good and cool, but a bit too influencable by various admins. If a players interpretation of the light clashes with the current possessor's, then he's just SOL
?
The decision is the presiding city leader's.

Bandrui has a judging, which involves disfavour, exile, killing them through various means, etc.

We should definitely use her for punishment more! (Hint hint Moonhart Circle!)

Wow this is great we got about own punishment system. Wow this will really start cleaning Celest from the sinners and the Law breaking citizens.

I don't think there has been a time in Glomdoring's history where the leadership have put it more above anything else than the present. If anything, the Glomdoring leaders are rabid about said interest
