I was a bit confused about it as well, and went to look it up on Mafia Scum. It claimed that a Vig can usually kill every night, but it depends on the moderator.

The difference is between "can" and "does."

Anyway, Xavius hammered Diamondais for a dubious reason we already covered before (that only works on night starts, Xavius!) Diamondais was acting pretty dubious so I'm not sure how much this is worth, but I do want to note that ganking an actual vig, along with his earlier hinting at being a vig when Ali claimed, and also combined with the seemingly incongruous sureness that Silferras didn't target Solanis, AND lynching Solanis originally, all adds up to something awkward.

But I'm actually gonna start out by voteing Shaddus who is barely even playing at this point. Since Daganev died we annoyingly can't just daykill them to get them out of the way, so eliminating this risk will have to do for now.
