Hypothetically she could be a scum with those powers, but it would be pretty weird for an SK to have ones like those and our current hypothesis is the latter, so how convinced are you that she's lying?

I'm gonna Vote: Llandros. Rika has been kind of lurky this game, and Llandros has been kind of scummy. There's a few main scenarios here:
1. Llandros is scum, Rika is telling the truth: Rika kills a scum for us, yay 2. Llandros is telling the truth, Rika has that power and is scum: we find out as much and kill Rika tomorrow. 3. Llandros is telling the truth, Rika doesn't have that power: having wasted a bunch of our time, we kill Rika and don't lose Llandros 4. Llandros is telling the truth and is wrong - 5% chance of this so we can't really bet on it?
Killing Llandros also helps us get a bead on Shaddus, which will be important if it turns out we're missing a (really survivable) mafia instead of another SK. We also have an already semi-proven investigator around, AND a still-living doctor (and probably a still-living townie roleblocker, though that's not certain.) Plus he didn't turn up anything even though he investigated Rika last night, so that casts more doubt on Llandros' claim. I think this is a fairly safe and worthwhile play.

He did say that there's a 5% chance that Rika is town. What he hasn't elaborate is why it's a '5%' chance - is it something based on Rika's win condition? Or something else? I'm inclined to believe Llandros is town, but it'd really help a lot if he explained what he's posted recently about Rika.

I kind of thought he was trying to claim there was a chance of error so he had a (minimally) plausible excuse if he was wrong, but without violating this "I can't roleclaim" restriction he is desperate to be seen as having (if Shamarah's idea is correct, anyway.)
Oh yeah, Llandros dying if Rika is telling the truth also clears up about Siam's alignment some, so there's another plus to that plan.
