Anyone got any exciting plans?! I've been working every day for the last 8 days, so I probably will just flop down and not move all day unless my family drags me out of my apartment kicking and screaming. Go go stat days!

Texans celebrate Canada day?

Kinda funny how I have the whole week off the 4th of July week and that seems to coincide with Canada Day. But I'm definitely not one of those anti-Canadian types - if England is across the "pond," then Canada is across the puddle from me. (I live in Rochester, NY. I'd be able to go to Toronto on a fast ferry if the city government didn't bungle that one so bad. )

Anyway, plans? Nope, not for me. The biggest plan I have is going to the Jello Museum during my week off. That's about it.

I'll make pancakes with lots of maple syrup tomorrow, just for you .

I live in a border city, I'm quite hoping that there will be some fireworks over the river both tomorrow and the 4th.

Better make that Canadian maple syrup. I'll be pretty offended if you go for that Vermont cruuuud

I get to drive -from- Ottawa, where the big party is, to northern Ontario for a friend's wedding. 9 hours. Yippee.
