Yay, I'm back.
So, in the post in which I voted for Daganev, I said that I agree with Xavius. That means that my reason for voting is the same as his, for those of you don't understand what the word "agree" means in this context.
Here's another example:
This is an example of Daganev giving the reason for voting for me as agreeing with Zynna. That means he is voting for the same reasons as Zynna.

Jeepers a lot happened. I read quickly over this stuff, but you guys basically came to a resolution on Furien for now which makes sense. He's target #1 in my book if he doesn't get killed tonight and nothing happens tomorrow.
I might be getting hung up on the wrong thing here, but what the hell is Aerotan on about with Casi's name? First Antonio, then Mr. Armando... I'm truly and utterly lost as to what that's about.

If you want, I can further explain why I'm voting for you. However, that seems to me to be a waste of time since I just spent roughly 3 posts explaining the pros and cons.
Can you do the same as to why you are voting for me? Have you said anything yet other than try to jump on someone's bandwagon?

I'm a bit confused myself. I thought he was claiming mason with casilu, but apparently he wasn't.

Aerotan failed his innuendo check, and none of the intended listeners understood the allusion.

The latter makes sense to me!
Since the Furien furor has been cleared up for the time being, FoS Rika for consistently providing posts with little actual content. I don't recall ever seeing her substantiate her vote when asked, and if her 'other people were doing it' response above is less than satisfactory. No comments on what's been going on?

Xavius made a good point about you, which I agreed with (there's that word again). I voted for you based on that. If I wanted to bandwagon, I would have had a much easier time on other targets (same reason why I don't believe Llandros to have been rolefishing as you accused him of).
@Silferras: No, I have nothing to comment about what had gone on. Ie. Furien claiming. Anything I would have said had already been said. What's going to stop people from jumping on me for just repeating what other people have said? Then the attention went back to me. I then made my post about that, because I could actually contribute to the discussion.

UNVOTE
Goodness, I was away for two days and I have to read 9 pages already.
I think we should let Furien live today, because if he is lying then it'll be very obvious once we reach night :/

Except that if Ilyarin wasn't bluffing, there won't be any nightkills tonight anyway. Speaking of which, did the skill explanation by Ilyarin mean all nightkills will be blocked, or one? The wording was ambiguous iirc.
Ilyarin2009-07-28 09:20:20
My memo was quite vague. It said it would block "a" - so I assume one - harmful action done tonight.

Still, the pamphlet will either be there or not be there tomorrow morning, so Ilyarin's thing won't affect that.
Shaddus2009-07-28 12:34:22
So, just to make sure.. Furien, your pamphlet will be there regardless of if you hit a scum and die or not?
UNVOTE for now.
UNVOTE for now.

I'm still not convinced Furien is telling the truth, but we can wait for the pamphlet.

As has been said, despite not being completely certain as to Furien's role (why didn't he just claim his role via c/p, seems to have given us all the information regarding it anyways. I mean, a c/p would certainly be more clear than his explanation of the role, which was pretty confusing at first), can always lynch later.
Ilyarin's is 'a harmful action' so could that be anything other than a nightkill? And how would the harmful-action-to-be-prevented be determined, via roll?
I'm just not seeing the Rika-hate. It's even shakier than the Furien-hate, and there's only a certain level of shake a man can handle. I'm going to sit here twiddling my thumbs.

For me, it's going back to looking at people who got on bandwagons, but haven't been very active. All Rika has said so far is that she agreed with Xavius' logic at the time, but hasn't added anything else to the conversation.
What is her opinion now that Xavius himself has unvoted?
Who, besides, Dag is suspicious to her based on what she's read/hasn't seen written?
That said, I haven't taken a harder look yet at the other lurkers, and I could go in that direction too.f
Basically, we need more input.

Or a three day deadline.
That's not allowed. You're allowed to c/p your quote and your image, but that's it.

Going back to Furien for a moment. One thing that gives me pause is what I saw on Mafiascum. This is guessing the mod a bit, but it was concerning:
Alternate role Alternately, a reporter works exactly like a PO except that they can publish their results at any time, giving all players an anonymous tip towards the role of any specific player. This variant is self-aligned and wins when all other power-roles are dead, including such things as town bodyguards and mafia alike. Retrieved from "http://www.mafiascum.net/wiki/index.php?title=Reporter"
If this is true, he may do us some harm. He'll help us ferret out the scum, but he'll also try to mislead us if he finds any town power roles.

Point taken. I'm curious, though - is that variant of the reporter the only thing that fits Furien? And, seeing as that's the variant, what is it that the 'original' reporter can do?

If that's the case, Furien should die today since I'm guessing most people have a power, he's basically an SK. When pruning flowers, you should always nip a problem in the bud. That's one of my rules.
