Also with a PM I just got from the mod, give me a few hours to clarify something. After that I may be able to give you the go-ahead for lynching me.

Not afraid of making mistakes, seeing as I'll probably do more as the game goes on. Just my preferred method of working, in general, is being a quiet person observing the rest of world.

Curious, but why'd Zynna (I think it was) post about the reporter when Furien did say that he was a cop? Unless they didn't notice him saying that? Or are you not believing what his roleclaim is?

I was confused about his claimed power, so I decided to do more reading up on information roles, when I came across it. On first read, I thought he was saying he could investigate people and we would only learn if the person was scum or not by whether he died (I missed the original 'and' in his statement). That got me confused because I wondered what would happen if he targetted a town (so should be safe), but mafia targetted him. Would we then wrongly accuse a townie the next day? Or, in reverse, what if he targetted a scum (so should die), but the doctor targetted him -- would we then think that a mafia was town? It was making my brain hurt, so I look to see if I could find any clarity. That's when I ran across the alternate reporter role, which does seem to fit pretty well with what he's told us.

He's said he's a cop, but he's a cop plus. Regular cops cannot publish pamphlets, so it does sound like he is a cop/reporter. His denying the reporter part gives me pause as well.

It's true though that Kira could have changed the role into a pro-town one, although Furien's extreme defensiveness give off scum vibes to me. But I'm still on the fence over whether to go after him.

I still think we don't have enough active content, so we may be better off letting that one simmer for awhile, while we focus on the others in the group who are flying under the radar at the moment.

Ah, thank you for clarifying. I don't think he's claiming to be unlynchable atleast that's how it seems to me. maybe he's trying to find a way where we can "safely" lynch him? >.> Just an idea.

I'm not sure how accurate it is, but generally Shiri calls people scum if they slowly reveal role info instead of giving an entire role-claim at once. Unless there is good reason to hide certain info.


Unfortunately, we have often lynched people who turned out to be town because they just decided to be evasive while claiming for no real apparent reason.

It might be a good idea to put this on a back burner, and focus on Rika or other lurkers instead. Another possible lurker is Ilyarin who keeps posting about the game being slow, or people not posting, or complaining about lurkers, but I can't remember any actual content that he has stated.

If I was going to say I can't be lynched, I would say I can't be lynched, that was saying 'Hang on, maybe my power has a difficult part' and guess what, it does.

It's now confirmed that I can either:
1. Induct someone and send a pamphlet to my group.
2. Send a pamphlet to all of you without inducting someone.

So if you're really desperate for a safe lynch, go ahead, because if I find someone who is scum I'll be dead and you'll have no idea who it is.

You know, I was waiting for someone to say that, and it pretty much is, just pro-town.

Admittedly you can never really take my word for that or anyone that decides to help me, so feel free and lynch a townie, my power seems pretty useless now.

I've never heard of a pro townie cult before, could you elaborate on that?

That's essentially what I've been saying the entire time without trying to put the 'cult' label on it.

1. Each night I can induct someone into my order, the Order of the White Rose (this underground group that fought the Nazis in Germany).
2. I can send them all pamphlets with a message from me at night.
3. If I choose not to induct someone, I can send an 'anonymous message' (gg) to the game at the next morning.
4. When the game is done I just go back to Germany, having won with the town and not being able to take anyone here with me.
5. If I induct a scum, they kill me.
