So in other words your a cult leader and not a cop?
Remember the asterisk I used next to 'cop' followed by 'my power works really weirdly'?

That's essentially what I've been saying the entire time without trying to put the 'cult' label on it.
1. Each night I can induct someone into my order, the Order of the White Rose (this underground group that fought the Nazis in Germany).
2. I can send them all pamphlets with a message from me at night.
3. If I choose not to induct someone, I can send an 'anonymous message' (gg) to the game at the next morning.
4. When the game is done I just go back to Germany, having won with the town and not being able to take anyone here with me.
5. If I induct a scum, they kill me.
That's pretty much how it works.

THE IDEA WAS:
1. Induct person
2. Broadcast morning message that I inducted Person
3. If I died in the morning it was clear that Person was scum because I can't induct scum
4. Town lynches scum
5. My power serves its purpose
THE WAY THE MOD CORRECTED ME
1. Induct Person
2. Send Pamphlet to group
3. Die uselessly in the morning if the person was scum

is there anything specific you was trying to 'pressure from me, Dag?

Here are all of Aysidra's posts.
I think we should look at Solanis, Aysidra, TIMDN, and Rika as possible scum lurkers.
However... Furien is looking less and less like town right now...

I see, so you wanted to use your cult abilities to pretend you were a cop?
So you are claiming that you could create a cult mason group?
How does this fit in with the line you gave before about lynching you being the worst thing we could ever do, and now you are saying you are the safest lynch?
Llandros2009-07-28 22:21:15
Gosh, kids these days don't even rage quit properly.
Your role is hardly useless. It lets the people in your cult know that each other are town. That is, if you are telling the truth which i'm not so sure of.
Anyway, Vote Furien

You know what? Stop being slow and lynch me so you don't risk lynching someone with a better power.
It's called 'cop' in a 'suicidal dies-when-touching-scum-and-letting-everyone-know-prior-to-mod-correcting-me' way.
Daganev2009-07-28 22:22:51
Ok, of the 4 lurkers, Aysidra looks innnocent to me, thisisimydisplayname looks less innocent to me, Rika looks agressive but possibly town to me, and Solanis looks like a true lurker by the definition of the term. Paying attention, but not really saying much more than necessary to appear helpfull.
So either Solanis or Rika look like harmful lurkers to me.

I'm told that they 'can't communicate with one another' so I'm not sure if that really extends to knowing fellow members. I figured I was like the anonymous figurehead.

This cult business seems sketchy, but I'm fairly certain we've dealt with something similar. Need to think on where we did too..
Order of the White Rose doesn't seem to be an underground group against the Nazi's, it seems to be a system of awards in Finland. Maybe I've missed something.

but just one last question.
What's the connection between the White Rose and the Tower?

Yeah, its a bit weird. Order of the White rose is what you said, however "white rose" was a resistance group against Germany which was done via anonymous pamphlets.

Yes, it is, that's just the other and pretty similar way of identifying it because it starts reducing the uninformed majority either way.
And there isn't one which is oddly relevant to the earlier argument about someone fishing for general information on how town roles relate to their cards.

Struggling to find the connection with the tarot card "The Tower", but.. It suddenly seems like a cohesive story.
