Druken's running around bothering Glomdoring mobs with questions. Talan and Co are puttering around, trying to do everything and anything to get things back to some semblance of normalcy. We're doing what we can to figure out a way to 'recoup' it, but it's sort of hard when we're not getting any kind of outcries from the commune mobs.

Shouldn't Brennan, like, have a cow if a huge chunk of his tree evaporates? Wouldn't Miakoda start bashing her face against the Moonheart or something?

Where are our spells? The encouragement from Rowena spitting in her cauldron?

So me replying to this lovely thread is quite silly due to the fact that I've got no clue as to what exactly this event is about. I could read the event posts, gave 'em a skim but nothing indepth, and I've always felt that its hard for me to just slip into an event instead of being apart of the beginning. But I'ma do it anyway!
250k does seem like quite a bit of power to be drained, but it can be gained back (not easily but it isn't nigh impossible.) I'm also on the positive side that the admin just might make a way of getting all that power back. (They're not mean bas..I mean people (gods wow has loosened my tongue lots)).

To those who are being jerks and saying "QQ moar" etc etc: Shut up. Honestly, this is something to QQ about. I'm sure you'd be apart of the crying crowd if this had happened to ya. So damn wishy-washy, nice to know the forums ain't changed much. Seriously, take the time to look at it from the view point of people affected (such a hard concept I know!) and maybe, just maybe, hold your tongue before making an asinine comment.

The lack of this is also what makes me believe that the statement about the event not being over and there being a way to fix this powerdrain, is only just beginning to take shape in the admins minds as it wasn't seen as necessary to begin with. Heh.

Am I just crazy, or, Wasn't Celest told when Raziela was bound that the event isn't over, and things will turn around, and so on? Meanwhile, Magnagora recieves 250k, And Faethorn. Moreover, Someone has to lose. So, If it will turn around for the Forests, then, What, You were lying to Celest? Or is there really no turn around here? Maybe I'm creating a false dichotomy, But someone has to lose here, right?

If I'm wrong, feel free to rub my nose in it, please.

Well, there was obviously going to be some way to return Faethorn to normal. It just may not have been ready to go yet, or may have been envisioned in a different way that no longer works. Either way, having mobs discuss it would be helping so that there IS some way to "take it IC".

It really adds up. I mean, we can't bring in fae for power, all the essence was going to Glumki. If they have enough to camp Faethorn, they have enough to defend water/earth. Everyone is sucking power from the nexus because they are dying over and over. Then there's the 125k. I wonder what the "real" power loss will be at the end.
