It is still incorrectly used even ripping off Shakespeare. In Romeo and Juliet the question is not "Where are you Romeo?" the question is "Why are you Romeo?"

Wherefore does not mean "where" it means "why".

As in "why are you Romeo? Why do you have to be the man I love? Why do the fates conspire against us so?"

I mean, unless... Telperion has a love connection going on with Elostian, but that is a mental image I would prefer to not delve to deeply into.
