Uh... I'm not sure it is, I mean you're not abusing a bug, you're not forcing someone to do something... I mean if it was the 1000 duels one, yeah, maybe, but they really gonna shrub/disfavour someone for one little spar?

Except it's not a spar at all. It's "let's go in the arena so I can kill you and get this achievement." Which is issuable and punishable. Disfavours have happened, yes.
