I won't question how many artefacts is that or how effective the envoy system in this post, no. There were no prompts there.

Before the House of Harlequins. (road).
The gargantuan, playful face of a brightly coloured harlequin rises from the landscape directly to
the north. Its large, laughing mouth is stretched open wide, revealing a shadowy darkness beyond the
steel staircase rolling down the length of its outstretched tongue. The terrified screams of
children echo from deep within the building, a warning of what is to come, but it is the excited
laughter that drowns out the senses and beckons those that listen to venture forth.
I sometimes wonder if Jigan had any part of this

Trying to find the Faire...
The Aetherplex Chamber.
You see exits leading north (open door), south, out, and through a bright, glowing portal. I don't recall this being here...
enter portal
Widened exit chamber.
Shimmering with aetheric energy, a bright glowing portal floats here in midair. Ensign Fritz Moonpie
stands here, quietly humming to himself. A painting of a painting of a painting of a painting of a
painting of a painting of a painting of a painting of a painting of an iron door is proudly
exhibited on a nearby wall.
You see exits leading up and through a bright, glowing portal.
Ensign Fritz Moonpie exclaims, "Welcome aboard the Starhopper! Please to speak to the Captain!"
Ensign Fritz Moonpie gives you a respectful salute.

Yes, that thing will eat you in a heartbeat. I'm level 80 and I don't stand a chance against it.

Just totally unexpected, and made me smile.
I only gave the Faire half-hearted attempts the past couple of times, but now I think I was missing out. If anyone else skipped out on it before, too, you should try it. It's a lot of fun.
Ileein2010-10-08 01:44:01
It is fun, even if your character has no sense of humor (at least, not the sort that would enjoy the Wayfaire's humor). There's quite a lot of dark undercurrents. And the finale, of course, is awesome.

I think the Wayfaire's really creepy. I think if I was really in a situation like that, I would have stopped after the second time they told me it was just the heat.

I'd love to do the faire, but all that stuff confuses me.
