If you take what I said to mean they'll be released by Juliary, go ahead and ask the Celestines what it means when I say 'it'll be here in Juliary'. You'll find my statement quite true! Just not as true as you think it might be. Ahem.
Re Aerotan, I suggest checking up on your histories - you're making some presumptions, or were informed wrongly about some things - namely how old the Paladins are, and how long Dreamweaving has been around.
And certainly! This will be dropped in Ideas shortly.

Hrm...when I was rereading the Taint Wars, it mentioned Landantine was using "that lost art of dreamweaving" or something similar. I'll have to recheck, it seems.
It might be lack of sleep, though, causing me to misremember things.
Now that it's mentioned, though, there are a few spectral Paladins, so I suppose they had to be around before...

The Paladins used to be the elite guard no? Paladins were the protectors of the nobility, while the ur'Guard was the general army.
Anyway, maybe we can soon have Fire, Earth, Gaudi, Halli, Ackle, AckleEther, Vortex and Continuum released as NPC areas? Potential builder project? Would be fun at least. I want logic and passion essence.

why do I get the feeling IF Hallifax were made a city, there'd be a lot of people saying "May the Force be with you"
Aerotan2009-08-08 12:59:28
I'd be more worried about an influx of novices whose motto is "Woah." At least "Force be with you" is issuable.
Question: If we take Passion Essence and brew it, can we make passion tea?

You should see how many TKs already use the "I find your lack of faith disturbing" line when they choke somebody

It'd be interesting if Hallifax and Gaudiguch would bring with them ranged combat. Flying (on wyverns, for Gaudiguch; trill for Hallifax) and then shooting arrows at opponents. I admit, this whole thing would probably even exceed the Undervault event for intricacy. Fun to speculate, though!

Information is in the histories.
There are at least five threads with this exact content.
Telling the admins to "delete" guilds is unhelpful.
That said, I'm all for the two cities being released as normal areas, run by NPCs, sort of as massive villages, and join-able to some extent (just with no guilds).

This should answer most of your questions.
I don't think the Matrix Legion was their warrior guild. I always considered it more like Celest's Dawn Brigade or Magnagora's Midnight Legion guilds.

Someone say something about Gaudiguch?

I'm sure I don't know what you're talking about.
There are other issues with releasing those new areas, they would have to bring in some new Gods, too, or have some defect from their previous positions, if they were NPC areas or not it would also give a HUGE influx of essence, wouldn't it?
Aerotan2009-08-09 13:45:36
I actually had an idea for that, at least as far as Gaudi is concerned, and Elostian could go conquer lead Hallifax, I should think.
