IMTS comes with a makefile but I don't think I emailed it to you. Download the source files from the IMTS page on sourceforge, edit the makefile and/or mk.bat (don't remember which one you have to edit) so that it compiles the lusternia files instead of the imperian files, and then run mk.bat and it will spit out a newly compiled version of the dll.
