Where is this suggestion coming from? I have not seen anything like this given as a win condition or that the mod has really given any suggestion for it.

It came from Shiri, I think, who was hypothesizing about why the different areas were listed by the mod at the beginning of Day One.

I'm inclined to vote for Llandros on the lynching liars philosophy (remembering he was quite good with it and the mechanazis!) The benefit of that is that it would also give us insight into whether that theory is correct. I think it likely doesn't have anything to do with "leaders" per se, but rather actions (for example, if we can believe Kira and that some player is looking for the special orbs from another player (Can't remember their names, still learning!)) Of course, the risky part about that would be if the theory is right and we've given scum more control.

As for conquering areas. Maybe it is possible but unless Shiri has something that suggests it I think we are just confusing ourselves too much.

It sounds fairly reasonible considering how the mod has taken the time to remind each of us which areas have fallen and which are still standing and in control. That is what the theory is based on. It sounds reasonible and would work to curb the card battles as a mechanic once discovered. If it's just good roleplay, eh, but to be honest all these power roles seem to at the very least lend themselves to not the scums goals. Maybe independant, but hardly the most immediate concern. And if the theory is true, then that means we should be attempting to at the very least not help the mafia dealing with them and at best protecting them. So far we know about Llandros and SDM. And this is day one.

I don't have anything in my role that suggests it (I just got the mason deal) but a few things add up to make me think that at least something related is the case.

1. Celina is AWOL. Serella has the ability to unlock her at any time. This means there is some relevance to letting her out. I'm also guessing here that killing Serella would do the same thing.
2. Celina is Flandre. Flandre is crazy and destroys things.
3. There was no kill last night.
4. There are statuses for various areas, including Hakugyokurou.

Anyway, we already have Llandros pegged as Yuyuko so if he dies and this isn't the case he's lying. I do want him to explain more though.

Not sure why we are voting Lorick. If we're unwilling to lynch Kiradawea, I think the next best option from a scumminess perspective is now Vendetta (replacing Synl remember.) Already half the cast is revealed so I'm not sure if we actually want any more temporarily unconfirmable roleclaims though. 5 role (flavours) have been confirmed today, we can get another 4 tomorrow.

I think Daganev is just in a "Lets lynch L's" mood today. I haven't really heard anything from Vendetta, so it's worth a prod anyways. Vendetta?

By the way, still saying Kira is unproven and the information could easily come from the scum side of things as the other. She was really interested in dealing with you even after the card battle to sort of confirm your role Shiri, even after she had the information she did (IE, the villian needs a particular someone dead)).

Heh, I think everyone here knows he is lying through his teeth, especially in the first claim. However, day 1.. Yeah, I could see it being viable especially if they have some sort of power role to help the town. I just don't think Llandros is currently the largest person of interest at the moment.

About Kira, I think we can afford to leave her one night. At the very least we can confirm her tomorrow if she doesn't die tonight, before deciding anything like that. Maybe we just ought to go for someone who's already claimed today: like Othero.

Kaguya hasn't spoken up, and as I already mentioned it's unlikely that both of them are town because the ability Othero claimed just doesn't make sense in that scenario. If we kill him it's "safe" because he's a no lynch (maybe even with confirmation, depending on how it works.) And Kaguya is the leader of Eientei so on the surface of things Othero seems more likely to have a similar role to Celina or something (or rather, more likely to have the scum role). If he's lying, well, he was probably scum and is dead now.

Well, what would you suggest then Shiri if we off Othero and then Llandros dies during the night? Lynch Kira anyways? We could potentially lose a possible two town leader roles if Kira is a leader.

How are we sure that the goal is to conquer each area? Yes, it's a reasonable assumption, but the only people who would know for sure are those who would have it as a win condition.

We don't, for sure. We have had some roles (Scum, Othero) that have a sort of goal outlined for them though, and we are getting status reports on each location. The card battle mechanic would make it extremely hard to hide yourself if you were a truely evil character, so there must be some draw back or some purpose to blocking day actions.

We aren't sure.

I can't make any guarantees on our plans if the scum do anything during the night...because then the scum will be able to plan around it!
