(Also, yes, I am going on "what I would like to see" per the suggestion, instead of "what is the most important". I imagine a lot of people who are voting for Demigods/Ascendants are going with the same reasoning.)

When do we want it? Well, we're likely never going to quite there, we can make it easier and have more people get in, but perfect balance will never likely quite be there, it's just one of those things we'll have to keep working towards as a general direction, but this would be a great help!

We want combat balance, but we want existing things fixed too! It's a tough choice.
(This Ascendant thing has also been sitting around for what, 3 years now? Waiting... waiting... it is time to come out of the woodworks, you hopefully-glorious update)
(Also, I expect the combat balance will be done sooner rather than later even if it loses this, simply because it's important enough that we as envoys will likely keep bringing it up, heh. Like I said, I've already commented on it in one report, it's always possible we could put together something as a group of envoys while they work on something else, and have it all set to go when they're ready for it!)
