One handed kata weapons come out of the forge with 95 in all stats. You then forge on it until you've added 15 points to that. No more and no less. That's how kata weapons differ from regular weapons, in that the sum of their total stats is always the same.
Damage: 95 Precision: 105 Speed: 110
Isn't that an extra 10 in precision and 15 in speed.. so the spread is 25?

You sure illi native bonus is not on that, no runes too? Hand it to someone else and have them look.

weaponprobe nekai
It is a one-handed weapon.
Damage: 100 Precision: 100 Speed: 115
It has a Great Rune of the Puissant Knight attached to it (#179355).
So that would be a natural 95/95/110. Oh, and I am a lobo, not illithoid.
EDIT: From what I can tell, monk basing isn't diminished... I just have to spot for when the enemy shields and be ready for a change in my kata chain. Some monks (well, one that I know) prefer not to chain while bashing because the chain speed bonus was diminished somewhat, and it is easier to respond on the fly.

It is a one-handed weapon.
Damage: 105 Precision: 120 Speed: 120
It has a Great Rune of the Puissant Knight attached to it (#37222).
I get 5/5/5 from rune, 5/10/5 from racial, 0/5/0 from sash.
10/20/10 is the total bonus I get right?
So that would make my nekai 95/100/110?
Edit: Ohh, sash is +10 precision.

WHOA... I never knew! I don't suppose that the GA ledger does anything that fancy.

The GA ledger is the same between all guilds, it just lets you teleport/summon your novices for 0p and check some cool stats on your guild.
