I'm looking for a D'Attai artisan who can make Eliron's jeweled viola of the setting sun for him. I'm not sure if it's in the Paraphernalia or Artificier's cartel.

This was my beauty seal submission that I spent an ungodly amount of time on, so I'm hoping someone can help me get it made again.
