It's not possible because before I attacked, I checked my diagnosis ( habit I have ) and nothing was there and I highly doubt the orc warrior afflicted me with it.

I'm pretty sure this was a case of the 'stupid sip of recklessness'. You were probably hit by one of the elders in the noggin and got all stupid and then took a sip from one of your venoms, which I'm pretty sure is occasionally done when stupid. ...as long as you didn't diagnose between the death of the elder and the death of the warrior that would explain the lack of health being tracked.
I wouldn't worry too much about it, though. I've been fed my arse by many a marauder before I realized what I was doing, and put my recklessness venom -whatever in the world it's called- in my pack.

Tip: It sips from whatever vial is first in your inventory. It just does SIP VIAL. Make sure that your first vial is something non-harmful and plentiful.

If you make it be a salve you won't drink anything at all and so not use up anything.
