Um, if artifacts were based around champion items well I'm sure there would be a difference in alot of things Sadly I see no reason to change it, but then I see no reason not to change it. But I think saying it should be changed because 4 people don't get the full boost doesn't really make sense especially because Champions are don't last forever.

You absolutely don't have to be a champion for the boost to be capped and worth very little. Gods know I was never a champion.
