Other than that, promotions are instituted by IRE and they have a policy of never giving advance notice.

Tell that to the wife. I've tried to hold extra money for something I want ... come home from work and there is a new shiny ... it ain't mine. Its kinda like fresh cookies from the oven. If you don't grab for them right then and there, you don't get any.

Dude, no joke, say you found something and bury it in the yard or something. That's always how I saved my "allowance".
