Instead he is saying, "Don't bring it up and ask me for the rest of it because I don't have it." My response to this is, if you don't have it, why the heck are you posting a snippet that shows absolutely nothing of any relevance or benefit? The only blessed thing in this log was a mis-timed choke. That's it.

...That's because there was no valid reason for really the whole fight. There was no valid fight! It was running, gusting, more running, more gusting, a tad bit more running and a tad bit more gusting until I got tired of it and she mis-timed her choke.
My "valid reason" is that Sarrasri wanted to see it; and I know you'll come back and say "Well she wanted to see the whole log" but like I said. And I'll put it in all caps and bold it I DON'T HAVE IT there, some underlining for you. Did I clarify?
Nienla, likely has the whole log, when we were talking she said she would "post the parts of me running." I took that as her saying "I'll leave out that I ended up dying in the end." So I posted it for her. But mostly, I posted because Sarrasri wanted to see it. I don't talk to her on messengers or Skype or whatever else you want to use here. So I posted it on the forums.

I think you're reading way too into this. He's not telling you not to bring it up. He brought it up first. In fact, it's the first thing he did. What he, and everyone else, is saying is that you shouldn't act like there's some vast conspiracy orchestrated by Lekius to point out that Nienla died. Anyone not prone with 800g can rub deathsight and see her die. It's not like it's never happened before
