How is some random person a safer lynch than scum?
^That.
Kiradawea2009-12-14 22:36:57
She's only a safe lynch insofar that the rest can't use her power. Heck, lynching Mog for that reason alone is even worse than a no lynch, since we still waste a day, but also a townie. Sure, she might be a scum. But there are far scummier people out there.
Daganev2009-12-14 22:37:07
I think that after we lynch shiri, and he comes up scum, we should look at the people trying to lynch furien and see if we can get any leads there.
Furien2009-12-14 22:45:57
Thanks for the backup, but I still don't believe that Shiri is scum. Bad logic, sure. One moment.

My vote stays with Furien... No way for that mog power to help the town, since neither of the scum powers have a chance to miss. Only truly useful thing it does is block Rika's swordtech, esp. if he's scum.
Vote: Romierten for this. Yes, this is a bit OMGUS but I'm more inclined to believe that she's scum than I am Shiri.
Daganev2009-12-14 22:48:04
What has you so convinced that Shiri isn't scum?
Kiradawea2009-12-14 22:54:06
That is something quite odd about Romertien yes, and I don't think he should be let free. But right now there are other targets that I find more suspicious.

So who are you voting for/finding more suspicious?

Okay, I wouldn't say convinced, it's more that I'm more willing to let him off the hook for typos/posting errors/screwups than others, evidently.
Kiradawea2009-12-14 23:18:32
Rika. The whole setup for the Quadraslice was so poorly executed, I can't see Rika doing her best to benefit town with it. I'm also pondering Shiri for the plethora of slip-ups, and Dugan for him still being unable to say why he is voting for me. He's been confronted with this so many times, and keeps refusing to answer, before he suddenly flips his vote to Shiri because Shiri is closest to being lynched. I'm keeping half an eye on Siam, cause I don't know if that's him being scummy or himself yet.
Daganev2009-12-14 23:40:58
@furien: It's just that I feel his "screw ups" were revealing the truth to us. Sort of like how sometimes a person tells you what they are really feeling when they are drunk.

Well, here is my thought on these people.
Rika: It's possible she just got impatient/scared/screwed up. It happens. Rika is not known for her hard cold calculating logic. But it's also possible you are correct. We will have to see how she behaves tommrow.
Shiri: I'm get more convinced that he is scum the more time goes bye. Everything he does reminds me of a few games ago when he was scum.
Dugan: I feel has a good reason to be suspicious of you/Kira. I just think it's stupid to vote for you today. I don't see him as avoiding, I think he just has a single answer and can only repeat it so many times. But I don't know Dugan all that well, I could be missing something.
Siam: I must admit he's been off my radar.
And then Romeritan: Something is definitly wierd, and if Shiri wasn't acting so scum-like, I'd probabbly have my vote there today.
Kiradawea2009-12-14 23:44:38
Sure there are reasons that make me seem odd, but at least I'm not seeing him admit to anything beyond me "feeling off". That's why he is on my radar. Siam is there for bouncing all over the place with little substance.
Tervic2009-12-15 00:36:36
Well, I don't think that Dugan's getting any momentum, and I hate feeling useless, so I'll move my vote to the second person on my list...
UNVOTE
VOTE: ROMERTIEN
for trying to rush night, when the only benefit to rushing night goes to the scums and causes incalculable grief for the townies.

I am deeply amused that I am the one having the hissy fit after your little tantrum about me not voting.
I'm not surprised you're amused, 'cause yeah you are! (predictable Daganev post, but I'm going to assume it's not as serious as Casilu trying that crap earlier)
Diamondais2009-12-15 05:52:31
Whatever Shiri. Enjoy your tantrum.
Shiri2009-12-15 06:29:07
Ok, sure, whatever you say.

We're both tired and catty it appears.

Anything in particular you're referring to by that?
