When they introduced speedwalking to Imperian, they said it was being used as the test bed for the rest of the games, or something like that.. So I was wondering if speedwalking was going to be released in Lusternia soon? Cause it's such an awesome feature on Imperian.
Err.. My bad. Already here. Ignore this *looks for delete button*

On the topic, Gaudiguch and Hallifax DO need to be landmarked.

Also needs the 'Memorize' command to make your own landmarks.

I sell a script for a very reasonable price that does some pretty awesome speedwalking tricks.

There was talk about improving the speadwalking feature but it wasn't clear how helpful that would be or if it was used enough to justify the effort.
One of the biggest issues is that it just plots the most direct course regardless if that course will drown newbies or walk you through enemy cities. Making the pathing work more that 50 rooms increases the odds that you will wander off to your death as the further out it goes the harder it is to estimate the route it will take you.
As for a memorize function, it's not really needed since you can autowalk to specific rooms using the room number.

That makes no sense. It's easy to remember a word like "flame" or "peak" than it is to remember a number. And if you memorize, you can use the landmarks command to get a list of what you have remembered.

Could always just use variables. Lusternia's even got one built right in if you're not comfortable with using your client's ones.
