Secondly, the Vortex/Continuum smobs aren't Avatar/Supernal/DL level, because there's like 7 of them.
Thirdly, what's the big deal with having a semi-smob one room off the nexus, exactly? If we had guards, you wouldn't be able to transverse in through the Matrix anyway.

You might be able to do this by agreement with the two sides (maybe if you get some power for them), or with something like dreamweaving.
From there, we've got like 30k power in Hallifax after like a week or two? Everyone keeps saying the guilds will come out when we get 100k power, that's obviously going to happen long before the guilds are ready. If Vathael etc. want to raid I don't see it actually changing anything.

Getting the 200k and dumping 100k of that just lets you choose which guild - go read Estarra's post again. They weren't going to release them for another few months in any case.

It's why if you want the guild fast you should pick warrior because they're a lot easier to make than guardians.

Gaudi gains nothing from raiding Hallifax except for the delight of watching its citizens die over and over and over again. The power discrepancy is because Halli's quests are shot through with bugs (or so the people performing them have been reporting).
