It is amusing how much you all flame yet you said the only reason I killed people before was because I was an artifact warrior or knockdown or pinleg or whatever the case may have been. What's the excuse now. I haven't even used a meld yet.

Well, it wasn't a duel at all. It was me having killed Akui and then fiddling around with my system. Then Vathael shows up and I was being too quick toggling the system on and off and trying to get out of the way- ah, and Munsia entering the area so it was certainly time to pop fire and bail.

So... no, it wasn't a "duel".

A good question would be, why go to water to Jump somebody and stick around to fiddle with your system? That seems like a poor idea.

Yarly. With Vathael, there is no spar/grief. It's either the point where he slays you, or the time where he's stalking you. There is no other time in Lusternia.

Vathael doesn't rest. He WAITS.

The answer would be tweaking it and trying to figure out a few things- since I don't know much at all about coding, I tend to slap a few things as need be together as I go. I agree it was a bad place to do it, but given that I did get out of the situation quite intact then poor idea or not I was quite fine.

Just so that this isn't a complete waste of thread, I'm always going to think of Vathael as Vafail after this.

I'm not sure what you could have been figuring out, seeing as I didn't so much as put a command in. I saw you come in on specs, and said, "hey, lets see what he'll do now that I'm in gaudi, on water, and not a commune enemy."

Lacking any offense because I'm trying to rework my macros to not be macros, and instead be key bindings for a plug in numpad using mush made it more or less a foregone conclusion in my mind. Since I would conglute, I reported it on CT and didn't even begin to try.

Life would be so much simpler if people simply said things, regardless of whether or not they meant them. For example, saying 'Vathael, you are so much superior the warrior than I.' would probably make Urazial's life much easier. Probably less amusing, granted, but hey, if we could win in all aspects of life, we would be blackjack players.

Well, honestly, I'm not sure what I was trying to figure out has anything to do with it, but the short of it is this (since for whatever reason it was asked twice now)- when a bard uses their kill song, anything they do including sipping a potion or applying a salve, etc., will disrupt the song. So. If I dirge, I have to pause my system so I won't do anything which will disrupt and stop the death song.

Not that that is here or there or anything to do with the gist of this rather odd thread, but hey, there you have it.
