Ok, we haven't really seen a clear consensus or direction on this so we're just going to go with our original plan and ban the following skills: Trueheal, Refresh and Divinefire.

You should at least ban things that which give ego regeneration over time other than racial, performance and beauty enchantment. Some in particular provide a huge advantage, such as Harmony (the entire skillset), Ascendance presence, Avatar exalt, Palebeauty and Naturerhythm in Wildarrane. I'm sure there are more. I think if you want to heal your ego, you should at least have to use bal/eq doing it. From personal experience, some of the above are ridiculous (such as exalt aura).

Agree here. Most people have access, but not everybody does. Also, they make running the events a hassle (remember the spam last year?).

Divinefire screws up the dynamics anyway. What if one person's first match is easy, but another person is up against a powerhouse and is forced to spend their divinefire? Then they won't have it in the second round and their opponent will, and they'll be screwed.

While everyone can get divinefire, it is pretty lame because unless the other person can divinefire back, they can't do anything but heal heaps and hope they don't get shattered in a minute.

After all the discussion about what to allow, and Estarra decides to allow beasts, and then I didn't use mine. He didn't follow me into the debate room for some reason, and I was so caught up in the Challenge I didn't notice until afterward. Did anyone have their beast with them while debating??
