In the spirit of Atellus's post, I will give a brief update regarding
the events of this month, namely the uncitizening.
Concerning Sheia:
A few months ago, Sheia attacked our Princess Kiradawea as well as a
visitor to Celest who under the compassion of Lady Raziela (Refer to the
Covenant, Raziela I). This was accomplished by enemying them both to
Lord Eventru's Order, and then immediately after activating Shrine
powers against them. She also proceeded to attack the visitor using her
symbol. It should be noted that this visitor was not an enemy to New
Celest, and obviously, our Princess was not either.
Concerning Inagin:
Inagin also attacked the above-mentioned visitor to New Celest, during
the same time that Sheia was attacking them.
Both Sheia and Inagin breached the Covenant law of Shakiniel I, which
states that: "All attempts to harm in any way a Citizen of Celest, a
Denizen residing within the Nation, or a visitor protected by the
compassion of Raziela, is a crime." This consitutes a Tier 4 crime,
which includes as punishment removal from the City (Refer to CHELP
TIERS).
In the case of Sheia, a Majority Council vote of 4 (Kiradawea, Pectus,
Jinx, and myself), perhaps 5, (although I am unclear regarding Otem's
disposition), found her to be guilty of Shakiniel I.
In the case of Inagin, a Majority Council vote of 5 (Kiradawea, Pectus,
Jinx, Otem, and myself) found him to be guilty of Shakiniel I.
The uncitizening of Sheia was completed by myself and Kiradawea. The
uncitizening of Inagin awaits a third Councilor, such as Pectus, Jinx,
Otem, or Unitos.
It should also be noted that a Council decision was reached regarding
Rylen, whereby Jinx, Pectus, Unitos, and Otem were present and voted
unanimously towards a certain course of action. Part of this was seen
through disfavours in the city log. Once the verdict is confirmed with
them, his sentence also will be carried out.

Yeah, but if his order is constantly taking everything he says as law then he should have the foresight to watch what he says and tell them to do.
