It would be nice if average players were given the ability to view their own power withdraws/donations without always having to ask a member of the power ministry.

You can count! Pretty much everything is a fixed amount (or only varies from year to year, with an easy method of checking the current value). There are a bunch of simple scripts floating around that can help you keep track of such things, someone can send you one for whatever client you happen to be using.

That would actually be extremely helpful, and I'd appreciate it. I use Mudlet!

Uses cult essence instead of the divine essence - some additional drains on the cult or a multiplier (1.5x?) might be fine. Can be used singly by the cult leader or a group of 3+ from the cult.

I'm honestly just looking for more uses for cult essence.

I think choice enter/exit/look messages for demigods should be designable, as in, you do one, submit it, and if it gets approved, it becomes one for the organization specified by you (IE, guild, order, commune/city). We need more choices!

This is something you should discuss with your patron. It may be possible to pay to add a new choice for your org.

That cannot be proofed because it is not a normal cloak.. can we have a way to make arty or perma items of that nature a normal level of clothing please?

No. It's actually a benefit that you can wear multiple crowns, multiple rings, etc, because they're artifacts and don't count towards the standard clothing limits.

By any chance, could the total number of tickets you have in a lottery be listed when you check the lottery information, in addition to the big list of numbers? Like this or something:
