Great shields are way to heavy. 300 pounds is almost double of what my full plate armour weighs. Reduce the weight to be more realistic. Honestly who can see a faeling using that heavy shield and playing an instrument is not feasible.

Weights all over the place arecraaaazy, see trees that jump 3000 pounds suddenly when you carve them, or stags that weight half a ton. I'd just ignore weights, they don't mean anything, really.

Enable privileges to be appointed to certain cult ranks such as reading/writing on the cult logs, editing culthelp files, and other little mechanical things, please.

Wanderers:
Make bards and scholars less obnoxious when you mention a stage or library. Pilgrims seem to have no problem; they don't pipe up when you say Avechna's peak whereas bards and scholars just need to butt in.

Arena:
Make constitution and dexterity foods (or all in general) unlimited in the arena. The same way for origamis and teas. I keep running out inside. :C They're defs, and/or much like the riftables and enchantments.

Beasts seem to be entirely too high maintenance here. They go through quite a bit of feed while in periods of activity. You can't go dormant because paid stable fees run out, your beast starves, and there you have it. Then, we have reagents. Honestly, the numerous requirements for possessing a beast here makes me want to avoid the skill altogether.

I believe that making feed last much longer could help. This way, people who have to stay away for periods of time might not lose their beasts upon return. I'm not sure I like the idea of reagents, for no other reason than it's just another thing to worry with. It might be better if stable fees could be paid as far in advance as a player wishes. This makes casual play much more realistic.

Make a reflex to feed it on daychanges, and it won't starve.

The other point is solid though. I think it would be great if the maximum stable fee was changed to 100+++? months.

The thing is that everyone has unlimited feed bumming around. Poke me and I'll unload 4000 feed or so that I just don't want on you. The other things are true though, yeah.

As there is a neutral library, stage, please let there be a neutral bank. And allow people to shift their main accounts (i.e. clans) to the banks of their choosing.

Also, if possible, can we shift money in one bank account to another bank account without withdrawing and depositing again?
transfer x (gold/credits) from y account to z account.

The neutral bank doesn't need an explanation, the shifting part though would be useful if you have a multi-organizational clan, which would allow all the members to withdraw or deposit (so that would be a good use of a neutral bank). A continuation of the shifting accounts is if you can permanently set a bank account to be divided at the end of each year to clans, guilds, communes or cities?

I guess. No one uses the banks for anything but guild/commune accounts with the odd clan account though, afaik. So, I don't really know it'd be worth the resources.

Some clans that charge will use the bank of the commune or city that the clan owner is part of. If the clan is democratic, then when the clan head changes locations, I think the gold still remains in the first commune or city. This would be troublesome if you are enemied there for instance, and creates extra work to access said money. Another thing would be things like aether stables, those go to the personal bank account of the commune or city you are in. Lets say you are dormant for a while, yet want to keep the gold for your friends to keep designing. They cannot access your personal account, so a method for the gold to be shifted to lets say the cartel bank account without you being there would be amazing.
