<3 Iosai. Thank you for the new Lust List!

Raeri:

I personally think most of the current scroll-owners have very well-written and non-immersion-breaking custom honour lines, and quite enjoy reading them when I get the chance.

Rika's is immersion-breaking -and- decries the concept of honours being possible .

I'd always assumed that honours were just more freely available data we could glean in whatever way all the rest of the magic-internet works .

Idea based off the herbs thing from a while back, can that be extended to magic scrolls? I.e. have BOOKBIND MAGICSCROLL and SCRIBE HEALING/PROTECTION/et cetera, with the combined commands taking the same balance as the individual commands?

Also a sub idea, can dropping a Healing Scroll from your inventory take precedence over dropping your Magic Tome? And have Probe Healing prefer the scrolls?

Wow, I hadn't seen Rika's. That is pretty awful.

Haha, it's like the epic return message someone had on Aetolia berating people for messaging her. People would msg her random stuff to get the message which was hilarious. That person also didn't make use of tells.... or channels because they were 'OOC".

I got the honour hiding scroll so people can't see my several dozen clans/cartels and lag out when they honours me.

You're welcome.

Would it be possible to have something like II TOTAL, where instead of showing the list of all the matching items and their IDs it just gives the "Number of matching objects" line or something similar?

if a village is being attacked, is it possible that when the denizen cries out on the city or commune channel for them to yell out: denizen says from Rockholm, "Help, I'm being attacked?"

SheiaSilverwing:

I bet you could find a tattooist if you where Celestian...just sayin'...

In the almost 2 RL years that I was in Celest, and during the majority of that time tattooists did exist, I only managed to find a tattooist twice, despite having looked on many occasions.

And one of those tattooists was Glom. >_>

Lendren:

And this is Lusternia, where loyalty to org or principle is definitely worth less than 10 DMP.

My decision to stop playing in Celest after nearly 6 RL years didn't come lightly.

And yes, I am replying to these way late, simply because I wasn't receiving notifications that this thread was being replied to.

Edit: I hate this thread.

The denizens are for the most part pretty distinctive. The only confusion might come if you hold both Delport and Stewartsville, or both Rockholm and Southgard, as I think there's some overlap there with unnamed. You should consider learning what denizens live in each village. This would also lend support to the claim that you are concerned about them enough to defend them. Would be good rp.

IIRC, Angkrag and Acknor share some generic orcs. And there's always guards.

I don't know if you are correct. In case you are: that's the high price of empire building, deal with it.

There are a handful of orc warriors in each village (I just checked), but not enough to really be significant... or to have any impact if they die.

How bout "Help I am being repressed in Rockholm"

Adds a couple words and done.

For curing autoheal: If you're in the arena, always use sparkleberries instead of the domoth herb, since you don't actually use any herbs in the arena.

What's wrong with using the domoth herb, then?

Sincerely curious :S

It takes herb balance; sparkleberry does not.

Maybe we could redo how joining public wargames work? Like, when someone joins they're not assigned to a team, and once it's time to start, everyone is assigned afterwards? In this way we can reduce having extremely thin teams?

Also, any chance we can just have them periodically start up if people don't join queue? It seems we can usually have a bunch of small wargames going, so it'll help relieve boredom when we can't convince enough people to join queue.
