Quick suggestion:
How about just one short confirmation when you 'Manse transfer -manse- to -name-' that will ask 'Are you sure you want to transfer your Manse -manse- to -the name of what you put in it will go to- ?' (so that if you use an abbreviation of a name you're used to using happens to be another player it will show)

Let owners of private manse stables claim ownership of level 1 beasts with 0 months paid in their stables. Since the beast would just die anyway, it's not really taking anything from its owner. It does provide more incentive to use manse stables both for stable owner, who can get free beasts this way and sell them, and for beast owner, who maybe able to get a beast who would otherwise have died back (either freely from a friend or at an agreed upon cost).

There's already an auction-rune that does that (technically it allows it for all gates), so I very much doubt they'd add that to a non-artifact skill.

Can it please be possible unprize a piece of furniture? I would like not to have to destroy my rare piece that I'll never be able to get again because the cartel it belonged to now belongs to an enemy org (and it has a stasis gem now so the prized seal is made redundant). Allow Communes/Cities to deposit gold into a Vengeance account much as they can for the arena. Then, have there be an option for no fee to be paid for Vengeance. The minimum fee would then be deducted from the commune/city account! You could also set it so that more then the minimum fee will be deducted per person so that there is a bigger payout!

A way to check what lvl of regeneration that you currently have from various abilties. Perhaps a BODYSCAN REGENERATION?

The current way of ending the song, if you want to, is to play through to the end. But lets say you were to have a meeting with a person, it would be rude to continue playing through the song mid-discussion.

But bards should be able to end their songs mid stroke, not simply push it off for later, or begin a new song all together.
