Sometimes people commission private designs that should only be made for that person. This is indicated in the comments.
Yes, well, that's silly. I grumble at Xiel whenever I find those.
If you want it to be truly private, that's what customization is for! Or having your own cartel that nobody else can have access to.

Could something like a confirmation/finalize command be implemented for newsboard posts? So once you're all done with your post you specifically can see it in the news but have to finalize it so its actually displayed? Also by extension have the ability to edit the section/for who/subject/text stuff of this prefinal post? Just so people get to look at it before it goes out and check its in the right place and everything .
Xenthos2012-05-13 04:53:13
I compulsively check *ECHO on news posts before I finalize them.
Repeatedly.
Repeatedly.

Make it so that you don't need a warcry set for warcry, and instead give a generic message in that situation. Like "Blah bellows out a fierce war cry"
Ssaliss2012-05-13 11:58:43
Could we please get immunity to wind taking your voice at the nexus? That's where most newbies ask questions, and having their voices taken all the time is... well, annoying, to say the least.
Morshoth2012-05-13 20:56:09
Now, I know in theory this isn't simple, but I don't want to elaborate this just yet into its own thread. Yay, Druids got their own tert, yay polearm spec... now can bards have a new tert? Please? Pretty Please? Figured I'd start asking, since they all asked, and got it!

Do it Rika style!
"This is my warcry."
Rivius2012-05-14 05:03:11
But I want to have a motto.
Unknown2012-05-14 06:32:34
Warcries are just louder mottos.

For dreamweaving melders,
You discern:
You are standing in blahblah.
Your environment conforms to that of blahblahblah.
You are in somethingsomething.
Infused runes:
A twinkling/soothing/bobbing/etc mote
It'd be a lot more useful if survey said 'narcolepsy/memoryloss/pacification/epilepsy/etc'!

It'd probably take 17 seconds to make a trigger that changes the mote adjectives to the actual mote names.
Rauhaur2012-05-14 17:08:09
Pfft. 17 seconds of your life you would never get back.

Add the results of Debates to the set of events reported by the Lusternia Livefeed. I want to see a debate scoreboard up and running alongside the kills scoreboard. Egos will be shattered, for real! (In game.)

Would it be possible to allow us to enemy ourselves, while masochism is enabled?
I don't want to have to a tote poison around for paranoia, too intimidating :(

I'm not sure if others have encountered this scenario, and whether people thought this idea might be worthwhile:
Right now, you can use DESIGN PATTERNS TAILORING and see this (abbreviated version):
If I'm a jeweler, and I want to design a cape (tailoring), I can't view the pattern (126) that forms the basis of the design (a tailor could just use TAILORING COATS 126). It would be great if you could use DESIGN PATTERNS TAILORING 126 to view the Dropped and Examined of the pattern so you could base your new design around it.
Unless you're already a tradesperson in the trade you wish to design for, it's hard to know what you should be working toward. For Beauty Seal designs, this would be especially useful.

You may design based on the following patterns:
*******************************************************************************
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 Public Accessories a canvas backpack
26 Public Shoes a pair of plain shoes
28 Public Underwear plain grey panties
29 Public Highfashion a plain grey gown
31 Public Underwear plain grey boxer shorts
126 Public Coats a plain cape
129 Public Lingerie a plain grey bodice
4708 Public Accessories a plain grey stole
6138 Public Dresses a plain white sari
10628 Public Greatrobes a twinkling gown
10629 Public Greatrobes a twinkling suit
10630 Public Highfashion a plain grey suit
10638 Public Greatrobes a twinkling hat

Can shrine/room defilements please not be included in otells?
Ssaliss2012-05-17 05:52:10
Then how will you know that a shrine is being defiled?
Unknown2012-05-17 06:23:51
Presumably you'd still hear them over OT, you just wouldn't see them in the OTELLS readout (very useful for when, say, you're trying to figure out what was said in the midst of defilement).
Aldani2012-05-17 06:32:30
Yeah, sorry, I realise that was ambiguous. I mean the history you see in OTELLS, not the real-time aether.
