While I too second the suggestion, the way emotes are set up would make this quite impractical. The emote system doesn't support a way to check for necklaces being worn, pearl or otherwise. Alas!

Doff is an older, hard-coded emote, and we will not be making more emotes of that kind in the foreseeable future.

Could Laurels scrolls become subject to Divine review? there are some out there that are downright degrading and insulting to other players and would probably offend the Divine if they were to see it

I think that former spouses, if they've had children with their spouse should be able to stay within the family after divorce should both spouses agree. I say this because A.) I really liked my previous wife, and B.) it always seems so awkward when divorces happen, and one of the parents gets straight booted, as if Lusternia wanted us to have a Maury-style showdown with each other.

Until they up and bloodbond/marry someone else. Not sure how feasible it is, but I'm not opposed to the idea.

Suggestion: Make the wheel so more than 1 person can spin it again. At present there can be a lengthy wait (over an hour) if people that have thousands of credits to burn go and buy 500 curios at a time then rub them all. No idea why the ability was taken away in the first place to be honest.

... to change the name of a kata form (including all its momentum level variations). This way, if you decide to re-organize them by name or decide you want a different one for the same form, you don't need to completely re-construct them, which is a lot more time compared to warrior maneuvers or anything else even remotely comparable.

I had an idea, which likely is not a good idea, but...

Imagine you're at a Glommy tea party and there are 20+ people in one room (do we even have 20 people?). Normally, I wouldn't want to interact with those silly Nightshade people, and would rather group with all the sensible folk, sipping tea and chatting over crumpets. But then that nasty little Nightshade (I don't even actually hate you <3) pipes up, and I'm forced to pay attention to it, simply for the fact that I'm in the same room with it. No matter how loud or quiet they're roleplaying, I will still hear them and see everything that they do. Bleh!

Queue the solution: selective obliviousness. Imagine if the emotes LISTEN and IGNORE (or some variant) actually did just that!
